The CampaTracka V2 & V3 are built using electromechanical devices and have exceptional power when being actuated.
It is built to be used as a solar tracker and as such the actuating action is a point of danger to fingers and hands; both child and adult fingers and or hands may be seriously injured if used incorrectly.
Never place your hands near the actuating mechanisms unless you have disconnected the battery power supply.
It is impossible to make such a device "child-proof" so it your "the buyers'" responsibility to insure it is used in a child-free zone at home or when out camping.
We, CampaTracka .com take NO responsibility for any injures or accidents in any form. Be it accidental or otherwise.
We, campatracka.com will give a 3 month repair or replacement warranty on the tracker assembly and 2 months warranty on electronic components.
No warranty shall be given if it has been connected incorrectly to your power supply.
The electronics are designed for 12 volt 3amp use only and is polarity sensitive. it is your responsibility to ensure correct polarity when connecting power cables to batteries. IE; red battery clamp must go to the positive battery terminal only.
A return of the product if totally dissatisfied will be accepted only if you advise us within 3 days of receiving your product. And the product must be returned to us in an as purchased condition within 7 business days of contacting us. Only when we receive the returned product and have tested it to insure it still operates as it did when posted, will we return a full refund.
Any items returned for warranty reasons will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Always keep the area around and under the campatracka free of anything which may become jammed under the moving parts of your tracker and or solar panels.
We take no responsibility for damaged panels or tracker or items such as eskies which are left under the panels movement area
