How to get the best from V2

What a Differance

I recieved this on an email from one of my recent tracker buyers, Jeff of QLD. He assembled his new V3 and bolted two 110 watt panels on as soon as he recieved it. Now keep in mind I never designed it for such large panels, but it has coped with the load well, according to Jeff; and the photos he sent me. But what he said in his email even surprised me more. And I quote; in part...
"As I said earlier, the unit is fantastic. I had been averaging 80 amp hours a day, but it is now up to 120 amp hours, I love it. thank you very much
. Take care, Jeff.

End of Jeffs Email
I will add some more photos of Jeffs V3 in action when I have time.

You'll notice how Jeff is taking no chances; he has used chain to peg the V3 to the ground. Great to see.
Thanks heaps Jeff. It's emails like this which are my true profit from making the Campatracka.
I had another customer in VIC who called recently to say similer. he has two 80 watt panels, both on amp hour recording regulators. One panel is fixed the other on the V3. The panel on the V3 pulls in and extra 11amps per day; in lousy weather. He will send more data as he collects it.

NOTE; The above is provided by a customer, and I cannot and would not garrantee you will get the same result, simply because there are many variables when it comes to solar panels on solar trackers. But it gives a great indication of what you can expect by using a CampaTracka V3. All solar panels' output can vary, so use the info supplied as a guid for estimating gain. Not definitive. Remember, if Jeff had his panels in Cowra at this time of year he'd be doing well to get anywhere near that amphour, alternatly, further north it would likely gain more.
I'll add to this page with more buyers replies as I recieve them. If you have bought a CampaTracka and have made comparisons as above, please send in the info you have gathered, and a pic or two if you can of your set-up CampaTracka.
